Edo State Governor Swears in New SSG, Attorney-General

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has officially sworn in the newly appointed Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and the State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.

The ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, saw Musa Ikhilor assume office as the SSG, while Samson Osagie was inaugurated as the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.

The appointments, announced by Governor Okpebholo on Tuesday, are part of his administration’s efforts to strengthen governance in the state.

During the swearing-in ceremony, the Governor urged the new appointees to align with his vision of delivering effective governance to the people of Edo State.

Both Ikhilor and Osagie expressed their commitment to leveraging their skills and experience to support the Governor’s agenda, pledging to deliver practical governance that will benefit the citizens of Edo.
