OSIMHEN, TROOST-EKONG AMONG LATEST PLAYERS TO JOIN SUPER EAGLES CAMP AHEAD OF AFCON QUALIFIER

African Player of the Year, Victor Osimhen, and team captain William Troost-Ekong are among the latest players to join the Super Eagles camp in Abidjan ahead of their 2025 AFCON qualifier against Benin Republic on Thursday.

According to the team’s media unit, Victor Boniface, Ademola Lookman, Ola Aina, and Calvin Bassey also reported to camp this afternoon.

The latest arrivals include Alhassan Yusuf, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Alex Iwobi, and Victor Collins, bringing the total number of players in camp to 21.

The Super Eagles will hold their first training session on Tuesday evening as they begin preparations for Thursday’s crucial match, where a draw will be enough to secure their qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
