Nasarawa State Governor Highlights Engineers’ Role in Sustainable Development on World Engineering Day

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, has emphasized the state’s vast potential and expressed confidence in the ability of engineers to drive sustainable development. Speaking at an event in Lafia, the state capital, to mark World Engineering Day 2025, the governor encouraged engineers to remain actively engaged in their profession, stating that true engineering lies in practice.

Governor Sule underscored the critical role of engineering in advancing sustainable development, noting that the profession is essential for addressing societal challenges and fostering innovation. He called on engineers to leverage their expertise to contribute to the growth and development of Nasarawa State and the nation at large.
