Governor Eno Swears In New Judges, Advocates Fairness And Justice

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has sworn in six newly appointed high court judges, urging them to deliver justice impartially and uphold the rule of law.

Speaking during the swearing-in ceremony at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Uyo, Pastor Eno emphasized the need for speedy trials and fair judgments to strengthen the judicial system.

He commended the Nigerian Judiciary Council’s recommendations, which led to the appointments, and expressed confidence that the new judges would contribute to ensuring equity and stability in the state.

Pastor Eno also lauded the collaborative relationship between the executive and judiciary, which he noted has fostered good governance and peace in Akwa Ibom.

The event marked a significant milestone as the judges pledged to dispense justice with fairness and uphold the Constitution.
