The Allied People’s Movement (APM) says it has submitted the nomination details of its presidential candidate, Governor Seyi Makinde, and other candidates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2027 general election.
The party said the submissions include its presidential, vice presidential, senatorial and House of Representatives candidates, in line with INEC’s timetable.
APM expressed confidence that Makinde is well positioned to win the 2027 presidential election, citing what it described as his growing popularity and acceptance across the country.
The party also said it has recorded an increase in membership following the emergence of Makinde and other key political figures on its platform.
APM pledged to continue its grassroots engagement, insisting its candidates have the capacity to address Nigeria’s economic and security challenges if elected.
