The All Progressives Congress (APC) has distanced itself from reports circulating on the outcome of its recently conducted party primaries, describing them as false and unauthorized.
In a public notice issued on June 27, 2026, the party stated that it had not released the official list of successful candidates from the primaries and urged members of the public to disregard any publication claiming otherwise.
The APC explained that successful candidates would be formally notified through the party’s official channels before Certificates of Return are issued in line with established procedures.
The party also advised its members, stakeholders and the general public to rely solely on official communications for authentic information regarding the outcome of the primary elections.
The statement was signed by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.
