President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sworn in Hajiya Amina Ibrahim Gamawa and Abdullahi Mukhtar as Commissioners of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), representing Bauchi and Kaduna States respectively.
The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja.
Before her appointment, Hajiya Gamawa served as Deputy Director of Administration (Presidential Liaison) at the All Progressives Congress (APC), where she coordinated administrative activities and facilitated liaison between the party’s National Secretariat and the Presidency.
The Federal Government said the appointments are expected to strengthen the operations of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission, the constitutional body responsible for revenue allocation and fiscal matters in Nigeria.
