Vice President Kashim Shettima while in Damaturu paid a courtesy call to the Emir of Damaturu, Alhaji Shehu Hashimi the Second, to convey President Tinubu’s high regard for Yobe State and its people.
He visited the Emir after launching the Yobe State Agricultural Empowerment Programme.
Senator Shettima praised Governor Mai Mala Buni’s achievements in agriculture and acknowledged his efforts for agricultural mechanisation in the state.
On his part, the Emir expressed gratitude for President Tinubu’s support and praised the administration’s efforts toward national progress.
