SUPER EAGLES HOLD STEADY AT 39TH IN LATEST FIFA RANKINGS

Date:

Nigeria’s Super Eagles have retained their 39th position in the latest FIFA rankings, released on Thursday. Despite securing four points from their recent 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda, the team made no progress in the global standings.

On the African continent, the Super Eagles rank sixth, behind Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Ivory Coast, and Tunisia. Algeria, Cameroon, Mali, and the Democratic Republic of Congo complete Africa’s top ten.

Globally, Argentina leads the FIFA rankings, followed by France, Spain, England, and Brazil.
