Super Eagles Head Coach Éric Chelle has announced his final 23-man squad for Nigeria’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe. The list features a blend of experienced stars and emerging talents as the team prepares for crucial fixtures in Group C.
Key players such as captain William Ekong, in-form forward Victor Osimhen, and dynamic winger Ademola Lookman headline the squad. The roster also includes defenders Bruno Onyemaechi and Bright Osayi-Samuel, midfielders Raphael Onyedika and Alhassan Yusuf Abdullahi, as well as forwards Samuel Chukwueze and Sadiq Umar.
Nigeria will first take on Group C leaders Rwanda in Kigali on Friday, March 21, before returning home to face Zimbabwe’s Warriors at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Tuesday, March 25.
