Paris Saint-Germain have been allocated an additional dressing room for Wednesday’s UEFA Super Cup after raising concerns about their pre-match facilities at the Red Bull Arena.
The Champions League holders were unhappy with the size of the away dressing room assigned to them ahead of their clash with Europa League winners Aston Villa.
Villa, managed by Unai Emery, will use Red Bull Salzburg’s home dressing room, while PSG were initially allocated the smaller away facility.
During a pre-match meeting on Monday, PSG officials raised the issue with UEFA and requested facilities comparable in size to those provided for Villa.
UEFA subsequently allocated the French club an additional spare dressing room, normally used by match officials, giving the team more space to prepare for the match.
