President Tinubu Hails Lookman, Nnadozie, Super Falcons On CAF Awards

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman for winning the 2024 CAF Men’s African Footballer of the Year award.

President Tinubu also celebrated Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie for being named the CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year, and the Super Falcons team for securing the CAF Women’s National Team of the Year award.

The awards, announced at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, Morocco, were described by President Tinubu as a proud moment for Nigeria, reflecting the country’s talent and competitive spirit on the global stage.

“These athletes embody the essential Nigerian spirit,” President Tinubu said. “Thank you for keeping our flag flying and making Nigeria proud. Your determination and success will inspire future generations to pursue their dreams.”

President Tinubu reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to building a nation where hard work and discipline lead to success.
