President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on his victory in the Ondo State governorship election.
Commending the peaceful conduct of the polls, the President lauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for its efficiency, particularly the prompt uploading of over 98% of results on election day. He also appreciated security agencies’ professionalism in maintaining order during the process.
President Tinubu called on all political actors to uphold civility in post-election activities and encouraged dissatisfied candidates to seek redress through lawful channels.
