NDDC PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO AKWA IBOM GOVERNOR

Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has expressed condolences to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, over the passing of his wife, Pastor Mrs. Patience Umo Eno.

Leading the delegation, NDDC Managing Director Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, alongside the Executive Director of Projects, Sir Victor Antai, and the Akwa Ibom representative on the NDDC Board, Pastor Abasiandikan Nkono, visited the governor at his hometown in Ikot Ekpene Udo, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area. The team also included other directors of the Commission.

Dr. Ogbuku conveyed the heartfelt sympathies of the NDDC Governing Board, extending the prayers and good wishes of its chairman, Mr. Chiedu Ebie. He prayed for strength and solace for the governor and his family during this difficult time, while also commiserating with the people of Akwa Ibom State.

In response, Governor Umo Eno expressed gratitude to the NDDC for their visit and pledged continued collaboration with the Commission to implement impactful projects and infrastructure for the benefit of Akwa Ibom residents.
