Lookman Assures Fans Super Eagles are Ready for World Cup Qualifier Against Rwanda

Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman has expressed confidence in the team’s readiness for their upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Rwanda. The 27-year-old emphasized that the three-time African champions are not feeling undue pressure and are excited for the challenge.

Reflecting on the team’s preparation, Lookman revealed that the players have participated in numerous meetings to discuss Coach Eric Chelle’s tactical approach, game plan, and strategies for both defense and attack. He assured fans that the team is fully aligned with the coach’s vision and ready to deliver a strong performance.

The Super Eagles will face Rwanda in a crucial Group C match at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali on Friday at 5 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on ADBN TV, giving fans the opportunity to cheer on the team as they aim to secure a vital victory in their World Cup qualifying campaign.
