The Israeli Ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Michael Freeman has commended the impactful programs spearheaded by First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu in women empowerment, agriculture, youth development, and education during his visit to the State House in Abuja.
Ambassador Freeman also unveiled potential areas of collaboration between the Israeli Government and the Office of the First Lady, focusing on agriculture, science, and technology.
He revealed plans to establish 30 additional innovation centers nationwide, supplementing the existing center in Abuja.
Additionally, he introduced a textile arts programme to enhance young Nigerians’ skills through collaboration with Israeli experts.
Expressing gratitude for the proposed partnership, Senator Oluremi Tinubu affirmed her alignment with the highlighted areas of interest. She reiterated her optimism towards Nigeria’s ability to overcome present challenges.
