Parents have been charged to take a closer look at their teenage Children because that stage of their growth is critical.
The charge was given by a Secondary School teacher who is also a mother, Caroline Etim, who noticed with dismal, the nonchalant attitude of some parents and caregivers towards their children.
Another Parent, Rev Daniel Jimmy who bared his mind on the best ways to groom teenagers, blamed parents, society and the leaders, for not modelling in a positive spotlight to the young ones, noting that children between the ages of thirteen and nineteen will always act on what they see than what they are told or hear.
They have therefore called on parents to be more attentive to their teenage children not only at providing material needs but should be holistic in their parental roles to secure their future.
