Court Grants Lawyer Dele Farotimi N50 Million Bail

The Federal High Court in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has granted N50 million bail to lawyer and human rights activist, Dele Farotimi.

The decision was shared by Omoyele Sowore, the 2023 Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, via his X handle on Monday.

Sowore announced that Farotimi was granted bail with a surety in like sum, who must provide landed property as collateral.

The case has been adjourned to January 29, 2025.
