The governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, has underlined his administration’s dedication to resolving the State’s security issues and bringing about peace as soon as possible.
The governor made this statement after receiving a report from the transition committee and promising to carefully consider it before coming up with quick action plans.
The state’s government is committed to stopping all revenue leaks and establishing a culture of responsibility, transparency, and openness in governance, according to Governor Dauda Lawal.
He thinks that the massive sums of money that were spent over the past four years were improperly managed, which is why the State is experiencing increasing levels of poverty and socioeconomic difficulties.
Governor Lawal reiterated that his administration is dedicated to its Rescue Mission of Zamfara State and its citizens in order to alter the narrative and elevate it from a deplorable state to an enviable position among the States of the Federation.
The governor took the time to clarify that his administration will have sixteen different ministry structures and that the State’s Executive Council will be made up of 18 commissioners.
Two of the commissioners will be transferred to the governor’s office to help with the “Rescue Mission” of the Zamfara State Government.
