The Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, has emphasized that the implementation of continuous reinforcement concrete pavement technology is the best option for select road projects across the country, particularly in flood-prone areas and regions with high water table levels.

Engr. Umahi made this assertion during an inspection visit to the ongoing reconstruction of a 2.46-kilometer special intervention project on the East-West Road in Delta State.
