Residents of Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area praised Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, for the newly commissioned 13.6-kilometer Ikot Obio Offong-Nung Ukana road, part of the governor’s “Arise Agenda.”
The infrastructure upgrade, launched on Thursday, aims to facilitate smoother transport and stimulate local commerce.
The event was marked by commendations from local officials, including the Deputy Governor, Senator Akon Eyakenyi, and Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Chairman, Mr. Edidiong Inyang. They highlighted that over 72 projects have been launched in the past 17 months, with the administration committed to continued development efforts in the region.
