Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has congratulated the Oba of Benin, Oba Ewuare the Second, on his 10th coronation anniversary.
Governor Okpebholo praised the monarch for a decade of leadership marked by peace, unity, and the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Benin Kingdom.
In a congratulatory message, the governor said the Oba’s reign has strengthened the cultural identity of the kingdom and promoted reconciliation among the people.
He also commended the monarch for his support and wise counsel to the state government, describing the Palace as an important institution in promoting peace, stability, and development across Edo State.
Governor Okpebholo prayed for the Oba’s continued good health, wisdom, and many more years on the throne.
