NIDCOM CHAIR CONGRATULATES NIGERIAN-BORN CANADIAN MLA

The Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has congratulated Mr. Adegoke Fadare on his election as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Representing the Clayton Park West constituency under the Progressive Conservative Association, Fadare emerged victorious in the November 2024 General Election.

In her congratulatory message, Hon. Dabiri-Erewa described Fadare’s success as a significant milestone for Nigerians in the diaspora and Africans globally. She commended his exemplary conduct during the electoral process and praised his dedication to public service in Canada.

The NiDCOM Chairman highlighted that Fadare’s election demonstrates the growing global influence of Nigerians, reflecting exceptional talents in various fields. She urged him to work diligently to justify the trust placed in him by his constituents.

NiDCOM reiterated its commitment to supporting Nigerians excelling in governance and other sectors abroad, celebrating their achievements as a source of pride for the nation.
