NAF BEGINS INVESTIGATION INTO ALLEGED BOMBING OF CIVILIANS IN KADUNA

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has begun an investigation into reports of an alleged bombing that reportedly killed over 25 civilians in Jika da Kolo, Yadin Kidandan, Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The community claims that a NAF aircraft mistakenly bombed the area during an airstrike. In response, Group Captain Kabiru Ali, Deputy Director of Public Relations and Information, confirmed that an investigation is underway to verify the facts and ensure the public is informed.

Group Captain Ali emphasized that the airstrike was based on credible intelligence from reliable sources and noted that the NAF remains committed to minimizing civilian casualties while achieving operational objectives. He assured that the allegations are being taken seriously and that the investigation will be thorough.
