The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released results of one million, eight hundred and forty-two thousand, four hundred and sixty-four candidates who took part in the last Unified Tertiary Examination.
This was disclosed by the Registrar; Professor Ishaq Oloyede in a Media Briefing held at the JAMB National Headquarters, noting that the exercise witnessed reduced infractions in examination misconduct.
He added that over one point nine million candidates enrolled for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination across 700 computer-based test centres in Nigeria where 0.4% scored above 200 while 24% scored 300 and above.
Professor Oloyede added that the Board witnessed a near-zero infraction in examination misconduct as cases recorded were of impersonation and smuggling of devices.
