In a related development, Nigerians have continued to say their minds about the state of police response to peaceful protests, with special attention given to the October, 2020 Endsars protest that ended in alleged killings.

In separate interviews with Passion FM Correspondent, Aishat Abu, respondents around Nigeria, have opined that the level of insecurity in the country, has worsened, compared to that of last year.

Giving kudos to the youths, another respondent stated that the narrative has changed from the status quo, saying, the youths are evolving and are more aware of their fundamental rights.

Their sentiments were on the sidelines of the memorial of the #EndSARS protest where Nigerian youth gathered at various protest grounds for a drive- past, in memory of the fallen heroes of October 20, 2021.
