Gov. Umahi of Ebonyi bans night clubs following second wave of COVID-19

Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi has banned night clubs from operating in the state following the second wave of the COVID-19.

The governor also reduced the hours of worship in the state.

Governor Umahi gave the directive while flagging off of the COVID-19 compliance campaign in Abakaliki, the state capital

The governor also instructed the state anti-Covid-19 committees to extend their supervision to schools and ensure patients are treated free of charge across the thirteen Local Government Areas of the state.

He said he is optimistic that one hundred thousand doses of vaccines will be available before the end of January
