Speaking at a news conference on Friday, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim confirmed that he had addressed the situation with Garnacho and understood the reason behind the player’s actions. As a result, Garnacho will fund a team dinner to make amends.
Amorim also mentioned that Garnacho has a minor knock but is expected to be fit for Manchester United’s upcoming FA Cup fifth-round tie against Fulham this Sunday.
