FIORENTINA’S EDOARDO BOVE ALERT AFTER COLLAPSING ON PITCH AGAINST INTER MILAN

Date:

Italian club Fiorentina has confirmed that midfielder Edoardo Bove is awake, alert, and has spoken to his family after collapsing during yesterday’s match against Inter Milan.

The 22-year-old fell to the ground in distressing scenes midway through the first half, prompting an immediate response from medical staff. Teammates from both Fiorentina and Inter Milan, visibly shaken, called for help as emergency personnel rushed onto the pitch.

The Serie A match was ultimately abandoned, with both teams deeply affected by the incident.

Fiorentina stated in a statement on Monday that further tests will be conducted in the coming days to determine the cause of the critical situation.

Bove, who joined Fiorentina on loan from Roma in August, is spending the current season with the club.
