CAC Urges Nigerian Creatives to Register Their Businesses

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has called on young Nigerian entrepreneurs to register their businesses on the commission’s platform to aid ease in operation

The Commission’s Official ambassador, Mr. Obinna Nwabufo, in a media briefing revealed the commission is introducing technical service systems designed to streamline the business registration process.

He emphasized the importance of this step for young Nigerian content creators on social media, urging them to register their business names with the CAC for authentication purposes.

Mr Nwabufo added that accredited businesses under the Corporate Affairs Commission will be eligible for government grants.

The CAC also revealed plans to partner with the Practitioners of Content Creators, Skit Makers, and Influencers Guild of Nigeria to develop strategies that will guide young creatives in authenticating their businesses with the commission.
