Mrs. Ekaette Unoma Akpabio, wife of Senate President Godswill Akpabio, has strongly rejected the sexual harassment allegations leveled against her husband by Senator Natasha Akpoti.
In a recent statement, Mrs. Akpabio dismissed the claims as “baseless fantasies,” emphasizing the long-standing cordial relationship between both families.
She stated that she was at her family’s residence on December 8, 2023, the date of the alleged incident, further challenging the credibility of the accusations.
Mrs. Akpabio also defended her husband’s integrity, describing him as a strong advocate for women’s inclusion in governance. She urged against false allegations and vowed to take legal steps to address the matter.
