British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua has opened up about the pain he has faced throughout his professional career ahead of his IBF world heavyweight title fight against Daniel Dubois at Wembley this Saturday.
The 34-year-old Joshua is aiming to reclaim a world title for the first time since his defeats to Oleksandr Usyk in September 2021 and again in August 2022.
In a recent statement to the media, Joshua spoke about the extensive hard work and personal struggle he has endured in preparation for this weekend’s bout.
He emphasized that he has worked tirelessly to improve and overcome the difficulties he has faced.
Since his 2022 defeat in Saudi Arabia, Joshua has revitalized his career with decisive victories over Jermaine Franklin, Robert Helenius, Otto Wallin, and most recently, Francis Ngannou.
