Akwa United beat Wikki Tourist 1-0 to qualify for Federation Cup Round of 32

Akwa United football club of Uyo has qualified for the round of 32 in the ongoing 2023 Nigeria federation cup after a 1-0 victory against WIKKI TOURIST in ENUGU.

Liman Ahmadu scored the only goal in the 27 minutes to end the first half 1-0 in favour of two-time Federation cup winners Akwa United FC.

The second half failed to produce any goal as both teams cancelled each other’s attempts at scoring.

Akwa United FC will now join 31 others in the next round of the 2023 Nigeria Federation Cup.
