The pioneer National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Governor of Osun State, Chief Bisi Akande, on Wednesday paid a condolence visit to the family of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari at their Kaduna residence.
Akande, who led a delegation of political associates, described Buhari as a “patriotic leader” and “an angel in human flesh” whose legacy will endure through his contributions to Nigeria.
He recalled his last meeting with the former President in Daura, noting that Buhari appeared to be in good health at the time, making news of his passing deeply shocking.
The former APC Chairman was received by former First Lady Aisha Buhari and the late President’s son, Yusuf Buhari.
