Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom has conveyed his deep gratitude to colleagues and supportive Nigerians for their outpouring of compassion during this difficult time following the passing of his wife, the late Pastor Mrs. Patience Eno. During a condolence visit from the Southern Governors’ Forum at the Government House in Uyo, he noted that he and his family have drawn strength from the nation’s warm support.
Reflecting on his late wife’s legacy, Governor Eno described Pastor Patience Eno as a person of profound faith and achievement, whose life over their 38 years together had been a blessing to their family and the state. Representing the forum, Ogun State Governor Dr. Dapo Abiodun encouraged the Governor and his family to find solace in the fulfilling life Mrs. Eno led, adding that the forum stands by him through this period of loss.
