TCN Set to Install Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System to Address Grid Collapse

The Electricity Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has stated that plans are underway for the installation of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system in a bid to address grid collapse.

This was revealed by the Chairman, Technical and Monitoring Committee of TCN Governing Board, Nsima Ekere.

Ekere however blamed The Electricity Generation Companies (GENCOs) and the Distribution Companies (DISCOs) for the incessant collapses in the national grid.
