Former Nigerian forward, Victor Ikpeba has offered the Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr tactical advice, urging him to play Odion Ighalo and Victor Osimhen in the attack against Cape Verde in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers at the Teslim Balogun Stadium today.
Ikpeba, during Monday Night Football Show on television, said that the German tactician should pair Ighalo and Osimhen to unsettle the Cape Verdian defenders.
The home side came into the game on the back of a routine 2-0 away victory over Liberia on Saturday.
Victor Osimhen and Ahmed Musa scored penalties in either half to help the Super Eagles secure maximum point.
This will be the third meeting between the two sides.
Nigeria have one win to their name while the other game ended in a stalemate.
