Senator Akpabio wins at Apex Court to stand as APC A’Ibom North West Senatorial Candidate

The Supreme Court has today declared Senator Godswill Akpabio as the authentic APC Candidate for Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District.

In a unanimous Judgment delivered by Justice Kudirat Kekereekun, the Apex Court nullified the judgment of the Appeal Court and upheld the High Court judgment that had earlier declared Senator Akpabio as the party’s candidate.
