Go Ahead and Suspend Me,’ Wike Dares PDP

Date:

The Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, has dared the Peoples Democratic Party to suspend him, if they think he’s acting bigger than the party.

Wike said this on Friday during a media chat with journalists.

One of his interviewers informed him that the PDP was mulling the idea of suspending him as he was giving the party some problems.

He responded, “No problem. Look at the wahala you (PDP) are already carrying. They should go ahead. Who will suspend me? What do you think is my job here?

“My job is not only to do projects, oh. I’m not saying I’m bigger than the party but those who ran away from the party cannot suspend me from the party.

“I beg them. Today, today, they should call NEC and say ‘Governor Wike, you are hereby suspended from the party. Anything you see, you take it. I’m not two-faced. They know what I will do,” he added.
