CAF Approves Guinea Bissau to Host Super Eagles at Home in AFCON Qualifier

Date:

After a thorough inspection by the African Soccer Governing Body, Guinea Bissau has secured approval to play its next home game in the 2023 African Cup of Nations Qualifier at home.

The Football Federation in Guinea Bissau had earlier adopted Morocco as their home ground for the Qualifier after their National Stadium failed to get CAF approval.

After the completion of the renovation of Estadio Nacional 24 De Setembro, the Caf inspection team was in their Country last weekend.

CAF has finally approved the stadium to host their qualifying encounter against Nigeria’s Super Eagles on the 27th of March, 2023.
