The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency says it has arrested a 48-year-old-man, Iloduba Augustine, for drug trafficking in Enugu State.
In a statement by the Command’s Spokesman Femi Babafemi, Augustine confessed to have swallowed 58 pellets of cocaine out of which he excreted 48 pellets to a Kenyan for a fee of One Million naira.
According to Babafemi, Augustine was a passenger of Ethiopian Airline that arrived Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu from Brazil, was arrested and placed on observation.
While in custody he excreted the remaining ten pellets in his stomach, which he said he had the intention of selling in Lagos.
