A’Ibom Gov, Udom Emmanuel Emphasizes on Need for Mutual Love in Easter Statewide Broadcast

Akwa Ibom Governor, Udom Emmanuel has highlighted the need for Christians to love one another even as they mark the 2023 Easter celebration.

Governor Udom in a statewide broadcast described Easter as the ultimate expression of sacrifice, which Jesus Christ made on the cross over two thousand years ago, for the remission of sins.

The governor noted that by his resurrection three days later, death was defeated, salvation for mankind was restored and a season of rebirth was ushered in.

He said Christ’s resurrection has given renewed hope to the believers.
