BAYELSA UNITED CRASHES OUT OF CAF CONFEDERATION CUP.

Bayelsa United was defeated 4-0 by Tunisian club CS Sfaxien in the second leg of their first-round tie of the CAF Confederation Cup, played on Saturday.
The Bayelsa State-owned team who won the first leg in Yenagoa last Sunday by a slim 1-0 victory have however crashed out of the continental campaign on 4-1 aggregate.
The Tunisian club scored all four goals in the first half.
Bayelsa United however put up a good fight after the break and resisted all attempts by the home team to increase the tally.
Nigeria’s other representative in the competition Enyimba will host Diambars of Senegal in Aba today.
The People’s Elephant won the first leg 1-0 in Dakar.
