The Federal Capital Territory Administration, has restated its commitment in ensuring a hitch free Area Council Elections.
The Mandate Secretary Area Council Services Secretariat, Alhaji Abubakar Dantsoho warned that any political leader or traditional ruler found aiding criminality in any area council will be persecuted.
The Mandate Secretary gave the warning during a familiarization tour of Gwagwalada and Kuje Area Council
Alhaji Dantsoho said political and religious leaders should ensure they provide the needed leadership that would inspire peaceful coexistence among the Federal Capital residents.
He also called for synergy from all the area councils and chiefdoms within the Federal capital, while assuring them that the secretariat will always ensure timely intervention their requests.
