Nigeria Football Federation has extended its condolences to Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State following the death of his wife, Her Excellency, Mrs. Patience Umo Eno.
NFF President Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau expressed profound shock at the tragic news, stating that both the Federation and the wider Nigerian football community share in the sorrow of Governor Eno and his family.
Alhaji Gusau emphasized that the hearts of the Federation go out to Governor Eno, his immediate family, and the extended family, friends, and community of Akwa Ibom State.
He offered prayers for the eternal rest of Mrs. Eno and for God to provide Governor Eno, his family, and the people of Akwa Ibom with the strength to endure this significant loss.
