National Working Committee of APC Appoints Senator Tahir Monguno as New Senate Chief Whip, Replacing Senator Ali Ndume

The National Working Committee, NWC of the All Progressives Congress, APC has replaced the Chief Whip, Senator Ali Ndume, APC, Borno South with Senator Mohammed Tahir Monguno, APC, Borno North.

This was contained in a letter addressed to the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio.

The letter from the APC was signed by the National Chairman, Alhaji Umar Ganduje, and the National Secretary, Senator Suŕajueen Basiru respectively.

The party remarked that Senator Ndume’s criticisms of President Bola Tinubu are inappropriate, and his statements are not supportive of the federal government.

The request was put to voice votes by the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio, and affirmed by all the APC Senators.
