Away from that, The Minister, Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio, says that Nigeria is better off as one, united and indivisible country, just as he thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for standing by the people of Benin Kingdom and giving them the needed support to reclaim what was stolen from them several decades ago.
Akpabio stated this in his remarks at the Fifth Coronation Anniversary of the Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Obama Ewuare 11, and the Signing of Deed of Transfer of Cambridge and Aberdeen Bronzes, in Benin City, the Edo State capital, on Monday.
Earlier, the former Senate Minority Leader had a brief stopover at the private residence of the former deputy governor of Edo State, Lucky Imasuen, where he admonished his audience on the need to continually work for peace in the Niger Delta region for speedy development of the region and its people, particularly the youths.
