Governor Umo Eno Advises Akwa Ibom Youth On Personal Skills Development

Date:

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno has charged youths to arise and equip themselves with skills that will keep them busy and make them useful to society.

Governor Eno Umo gave the charge at the All-Nations Christian Ministry International in Eket Local Government Area where he preached at the church service.

The Governor admonished children who insult their parents or talk back at them to desist from such a displeasing attitude, adding that it was against the biblical precept.

He advised that they do away with the mindset of waiting for everything to be handed down to them.

The governor further prayed for the nation declaring that there is still hope for Nigeria and Nigerians but stressed that Nigerians especially the youths must get something doing for themselves.

He reiterated the need for all Akwa Ibomites to participate in the upcoming three-day statewide crusade with the medical outreach slated for Thursday, February 8 to Saturday, February 10, 2024.
