GOVERNOR ABDULLAHI SULE REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO BOOSTING AGRICULTURE IN NASARAWA STATE

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule has reiterated his administration’s dedication to advancing the agricultural sector during his visit to the Jangwa Rice Farm in Awe Local Government Area.

Governor Sule highlighted the substantial progress in agriculture in his Independence Day address, emphasizing Nasarawa’s rich soil and favorable climate as key factors driving increased food production and economic growth. Touring the rice farm, the Governor expressed optimism about this year’s crop, noting the potential for a bountiful harvest that could further establish the state as a significant agricultural hub.

Governor Sule also addressed ongoing road construction in Jangwa, underscoring its importance for community development and economic expansion. He reassured residents that the projects would be completed as part of his administration’s commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy.

This visit forms part of Governor Sule’s broader strategy to boost agricultural productivity in Nasarawa State, a critical move toward ensuring local food security and sustainable economic growth.
