A two-storey building collapsed on Monday morning on Amusu Street in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State, just as people were preparing to start their daily activities.
A video of the collapse was shared online by media executive and blogger, Samuel Olatunji, showing the moment the building went down. The number of occupants in the building at the time remains unclear.
According to a statement from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), no casualties were reported following the incident.
